Purpose

Where activities involve children, young people or vulnerable adults, everyone deserves to participate safely and with dignity. This policy is proposed and not yet formally adopted.

Principles

  • Respectful treatment of every participant
  • Appropriate conduct and supervision
  • Clear communication boundaries
  • Informed consent for photography and video
  • Confidential handling of reports

Reporting a concern

Concerns can be raised through the Contact page. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services on 112. Concerns will be escalated to the appropriate authorities where required by law.
